Of course, there is no charge for holding a key to clean your property.

In addition, we can be an official Key holder. That means, we can reset alarms and be the local police contact, night or day. We would charge £7.50 for an emergency call out or £10 after 6pm. or on a Sunday. This could cover any other emergency to save you attending.

There is small, retainer fee of £30 per year, to keep you on our books. 

Holiday lets, that wish to use us as the 1st point of contact for people staying in their properties, incur a small monthly charge to cover the time and costs of calls etc. dealing with your customers (informing them of key location on arrival, handling problems etc.)
 

Other services include:

Being there for deliveries and to oversee workmen

Lawns mowed & gardens tidied. Prices

Book local restaurants and events. (no charge to our customers)

Provide fresh Christmas tree and decorate tree and house. (fee negotiable)
